Landscapes re-design for Camko city, New town project

Concept:

Camko city is the first and biggest real estate project start in Phnom Penh since 2006.The two phase of housing project including single villa, town house, apartment and condominium and commercial zone of shop house. The total areas of two phasing development is about 110,000 square meters. The scopes of landscape works follow the function of former design. There are much outdoor design for club house, swimming pool, jogging and walkway, sport field, park and recreation area for each zone of community. The former design from Korean needs to re-design for all detail of outdoor spaces such as material, pattern, art element, character of each zone and plantation. The new design shall be suitable to local condition and style of tropical landscape design.
